To access it you need to have:

• a browser (Internet Explorer recommended)
• a properly installed cryptographic card reader
• a personal digital certificate issued by the Catalan Certification Agency-CATCert
• a Java 1.5 or higher virtual machine
• Adobe Flash Player version 10
