To make use of the Electronic Auction services of the Generalitat de Catalunya that the AOC Consortium makes available to local entities and universities, you must make the request by sending the corresponding registration form and the auction configuration excel to the address: suport_contractaciopublica.eco@gencat.cat.
Upon receipt of the request, the technicians from the Electronic Auction service will contact you to schedule the test auction, as a training exercise, and the actual auction.
Important note : to ensure that the auction configuration in the tool conforms to the definition of the tender documents, it is necessary, whenever possible, to share these with the service technicians, at the time of requesting the electronic auction and before its publication.
